Navigate to and select “Create new Account”. When registering you must select the “Chief Medical Officer” role type. If you already have a PDMP account please email PDMP staff at to transition your account.


Emergency departments in Oregon are now able to integrate PDMP data into the EDIE alert within the EHR. This allows providers to receive notifications when a patient meets specific criteria.

Statewide PDMP and EHR Integration Initiative:

A statewide PDMP gateway subscription is being funded and developed to allow authorized Oregon prescribers and dispensers to access the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) data electronically within their Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) system via a statewide gateway model. The HIT Commons, a shared public/private governance model developed to help accelerate HIT adoption and use across Oregon, will be leveraging the work accomplished by OHA and the OR PDMP through statute and the state contract with Appriss. Implementation will begin third quarter 2018.
